I joined AISW Ghatkopar in June 2023. Since then, my functional strength, mobility and flexibility have progressed considerably. The trainers here are versatile, extremely helpful, have the right practical knowledge, are encouraging and are kind humans. Until now, I have learned skills like headstand, elbow lever, 180 swing, assisted handstand, chakrasana and crow stand, to name a few (which I would have never attempted if not for AISW). AISWA is the best thing that has happened to me and I would recommend every single person to definitely give it a try! I bet you won’t regret it.

I’ve been with SIDE since day one and it’s changed me in ways I can’t imagine. I started out wanting to get in the best shape possible. Later on, I started training with Rohan sir and he instilled in me the athlete mindset. I never expected to be an athlete, but this place and its people have pushed me to achieve the best of my abilities. It’s remarkable to think about how far I’ve come, from being unable to accomplish a single pull-up to performing weighted reps. I am completely built by AISW. The place is like a second home for me and the coaches guide you in every aspect.

I joined AISW in 2022 and it has been two years now with the G gang. I started calisthenics to build strength and endurance for mountaineering and to learn new skills. My progression since then has been massive in terms of strength and skills. In fact, I got results within two months. My future goals in calisthenics are to unlock tough skills and master them. Yes, I have recommended many others to start calisthenics at AISW because it is worth giving it a try and what’s better than mastering your body weight!

I joined calisthenics a year ago. I found this alternative way better than the gym. My overall progress and performance are at their peak. I am focused on dynamics and statics and moves like the 720 and planche are my goals. I would genuinely recommend calisthenics because it’s best for everyone, from kids (6 years old) to adults (60 years old).
